Is this what you need to do/take

1. Go to a local DVLA office (think there is one in Huddersfield)
2. Take the V750 form (DVLA Receipt) with the assignment section filled out
3. Insurance certificate
4. MOT certificate

Is that everything?

I have had the plate for a few months now so I best get my finger out and get it whacked on

And the registered keeper name has to be same as whats on the V750 Im sure
