If a job is advertised at £15,000 - £17,500 per annum, what is the monthly take home pay?

i'm on 17500pa and I take home £1120 a month or thereabouts.

Is it 23% tax on the books, I've been self employed for 5 years so never took note of what bookies pay taxwise.

Assuming you'll be working 48 weeks a year, you'd drag £1050 a month on 15k a year at 23%tax

48 weeks a year on £17,500 then you'd drag £1225 per month
