Had the unfortunate experience of being a victim of some appalling road rage last night. Driving my GF's Civic Type R along a dual carriageway when an idiot decides to tailgate in a Merc C240. Get to a roundbout so I gave plenty of braking distance to warn him. Warn him it did not as he nearly ran into the back of me. Enter next stage of dual carriageway doing approx 60-70mph he overtakes then shoots across straight into the side of me Luckily I manged to react quickly, slamming on the brakes as he collided with my driver's wing and front bumper
Car is fairly damaged, just extremly angry and upset. How on earth some moron like this can be allowed to drive is beyond me, just glad my Girlfriend is ok (despite her car) although she is very shaken and upset.
He drove off, managed to catch up thankfully and get his registration while my gf was on the phone to the Police.
So 'mate' if your reading this I have been to the Police, they are after you and your probably be stripped of your license or worse. Next time don't be a prat you could easily taken two innocent young lives Will post pics of the damage later.
Last word - there are clearly idiots out there so just be careful

at least u kept your cool and didnt pummel him, dont think i would have been able to keep my temper. would have either maimed him, or got myself killed if he was a proper hard barstid

Thing is Seth I didn't keep my cool, luckily I didn't do anything. Still really fucked off and angry, gf is more upset really. Hopefully he'll get the book thrown at him, and maybe a sledgehammer later in life

things like this are happening more and more, i had some fiat punto full of scum pull their handbrake in front of me when the overtook me on the inside on a roundabout and cut me off, let a roar and they nearly caused me to rear end him with his antics. 3 of them all jumped out of the car.
i just slammed on the brakes, flicked out and kept on driving. gf was shaking like a leaf

av had a couple of incidents like this i just keep the butt end of a pool cue dwn the side of me seat, never had to use it though thankfully, knowing my luk they wud probably pull out a gun or sumfin

exactly, impossible to gauge threat potential of the offending person. you could be biting off more than you can chew which is probably why its better to drive off, take reg, contact police etc. Not worth the risk.
