I have an '04 Corsa C. Was out for a drive yesterday. Presently have 17" rims at the back and 14" on the front. Went on a drag strip and after heating up the tyres, drove off and when i pressed the brake, the pedal immediately began to rattle as if the ABS came in. Was only touching it though. It then settled after a minute or so. Was driving back home, booted it in a corner and the wheels were spinning. Applied the pedal again and there it was again, it immediately rattled then it kept going down normally instantly. can anyone help please?

probably down to the fact your on different wheel size's and the car thinks youve locked up due to 2 wheels rotating faster than the other two

But wouldn't it be doing it all the time if it was cause of the different wheel sizes?

Ive noticed this with Corsa C's yes. After givin it some, the ABS tends to keck in straight away even when not braking hard. Common fault i suppose.
