Just got broadband this week, 2meg with tiscali(no more 56k ), so thought i'd finally get some pics uploaded to Fotki, but its only uploading at like 8 - 10 Kb/sec.

Download speeds are good, seen up to 235Kb/sec, but seems a little slow on the uploads

Maximum theoretical upload speed, on a normal ADSL circuit, would tend to be 256kbps (or 32KB/sec)......practically, you'll tend to get anything between 20-30KB/sec.
