As you all know I'm having special things done to the white Nova over winter and I'm buying a lovely immaculate 26,000 mile Nova to get me about over winter, I rang Brentacre and asked how I could insure it, and he said that because so many lads do this my modified car insurance policy means I can swap the insurance over to the other Nova and when the summer comes back around I just swap it back to the white one again

Excellent.

An insurance company that doesnt make your life hell, and actually understands people who modify their cars?!? Gotta be a catch .

The catch is, is that I'm paying £500 to insure a 1.0 8v Nova that cost £200.

But then who cares, it saves me from having to pay two insurance premiums.

Thats a good thought actually, what happens as regarding theft insurance of the white one?

Could you not add the other car too the insurance policy? Theoretically, if its less of an insurance risk than the white one, it shouldnt cost any extra to add it to the policy .

but you all have to remember that for insurance to be valid it must have valid tax and MOT which i'm sure ollie won't have soon as the car does not run so makes it pointless

All you need is 1 years no claims for them, other than that they are great - they were helpful with me...
