Yup. When you do CV work you release a chemical that helps with this and the same with weight training. Ideally if your wanting to bulk up muscle wise you shouldn't really do much if any CV work as this is counter productive. Though you need to as it keeps the heart healthy and functioning properly.

Nope I agree with ed. It aint very accurate tool. Body Fat Percentage calculator is a better indicator or Skin Folds test. BMI is simply looking at a chart for an "Average" person. The other tests are designed to actually focus on the person.
