i bought a dvd off ebay on 18 july and i still have'nt got it

yeh and he said he,d post it out but i still have'nt got it and is feedback says he takes months to post them out

keep e-mailing him. how did you pay? if it was through paypal you might be able to get it back. I know you can but don't know if there is a time period etc.
