Just clean it up, get all the bits for it if you have anything (charger, case, box, manual, cases) take a pic and your done

Oh you normally get more if its unlocked aswell

If its not unlocked i wouldn't worry as it will cost you about £10.

An unlocked phone just opens up to a bigger market when selling.
