When i see evil, i mean the epitomy of evil, proper dark twisted creatures and or people.

ill start with

1) Emperor - Darth Sidious > the way he grins at the end of episode 3 at anakins pain of hearing about padme, the epitomy of evil i think.

2) Jeepers creepers - Basically one seriousily evil twisted fuck of a creature
