not got much work on at the end of the week (tomorow will be nearly none at all)

its very quiet and my helper monkey has gone.. dunno where she has run off to.. said she was getting a cuppa... that was about 20mins ago she will be in trouble when she gets back...

today seems to be going slower than normal... i swear its normally 12:30 by now.. think im stuck in a time warp

ive got nothing to do either, i just made a poo last 15 mins or so, playing on my phone

leaving just after lunch i recon as ive got my physio appointment for my back as its still not better after my car crash
