about 4 hours. i've always been like that, never been one to lay in etc.
when i lived at home i'd stay up until 2 and then have to be up before 6 to get in the bathroom. 2 sisters, parents and an extra to the family my nan meant you would wait 4 hours to get into the bathroom. if you missed a gap in the trafic that was it like.

about 6-8 hours..
I generally go to bed about 1 / 2ish am on a normal night (watch so much late night crap tv)... then go to bed and struggle to sleep. Get up about 7:45 am for the next day.
When I was younger I used to do a paper round which meant getting up at 6am every day. I still only went to bed at 1am earliest and sometimes 3am!!!
This fucked me up good and proper and soon I was tired non stop - falling asleep on my push bike etc.

3-4 hours, normally, during the week......weekend, can be anything, depends on how much my already-fcuked body-clock needs to catch up on.
Never been a good sleeper, always had a "weird" body-clock, that's going back about 10-12 years...

i get about about 8! your suposed to sleep in 4hr intervals! if u selpt for 5 hours you would feel worse than sleeping for 4 hours and if u seelp for 8 hours u wud feel better when u wake ,than if you had 10 hours sleep.

i get on average 6-7 hours sleep a night all week, weekdays i stay up late and get up early-ish (cos im sorta an early bird, and cant lye in as i think it wastes time ) and weekends i work, so have to get up anyway.
if i get more i dont notice a massive difference, but would be welcome

i sorta agree with this, if i get bout 3-4 hours sleep one night, i feel better than if i had 6 or 7.
(but if i got 3-4 hours sleep a night all week i would probably keel over )
tiredness makes me ratty and i seem to get in more arguements at home when ive had less sleep

Usuallu end up in bed about 12:30 - 01 0 and watch TV or a DVD for a bit. Then wake up around 08 0. Pretty average amount of shut eye but it feels like I dont get enough sleep.

As alot of you may know I'm an early bird when it comes to going to work, I normally do the 7am till 3pm shift so I can get away from the office and enjoy a nice part of the day at home in the sunshine...
However, this means getting up at 5am which is a major ball ache.
Lately I've ruined myself, I've been getting a max of 7 hours sleep every night and it completely fucks me up, so my question to you is how much sleep do you get on average every night?
Also how does the lack of sleep affect you?
please note
