Eventually when i get the dough, I want to go down the route of a redtop conversion for my Corsa

Question though is it best to start will a 2litre and upgrade to a turbo or get a complete turbo lump from a cav/cal?

The turbo will be replaced anyway, as I want ultimate power more like what this beast is offering:

thats a turbo UPGRADE kit not a conversion.

best thing to do is get a turbo lump or an XE first off.

im half way through a 2.0 xe conversion, picked up a mk2 astra gte for £320, took it for a spin an was amazed by the power of it, i cant imagine what its gonna be like in the corsa!!! id say its best to work from a 2.0 redtop first, and eventually if you get bored move onto a turbo, but bear it in mind that there a bit pricey to repair when summat go's wrong.
