loads of people on here!!

Dont think it is to hard with some mechanical knowledge and the right tools, most people seem to get into trouble with the pluming in of cooling system and wireing but just do a search for posts by willay and you should find all you need to know!!

i am a ford mechanic just wondering if its worth buying the kit from cossvaux or lmf and if there is anything else that is needed

buy from lmf, cossvauxh ahve gone bust.

ive got an m-tec kit from regal on the 20xe corsa we built, easy as hell, proper quality parts. everything goes together easily. being a ford mechanic, aint gonna be no hassle to you really

cv joints brake discs and calipers if it aint already got bigger brakes exhaust manifold

got cavvy brakes on thought the kits came with the driveshaft. will i not need radiator and fan as well??

yeah the kit comes with shafts but theyre bare, so keep the cv joints from the 2litre 16v vehicle aswell

ive got an 2litre 16v running on a 1400 rad and fan and it runs fine, no problems at all.

my 2litre 16v also runs off a 1400 16v fuel pump. seems happy like that

My LET runs on a 1.2 rad and no fan LOL

I did mine with beardy and a few mates its not too tricky if you have someone tell you what to do and someone that is strong for nuts and bolts etc cause im weak

i got 16 stone to hang off a power bar to tighten things up, lol. thats why i need a turbo engine, power to weight with me in for a 2litre 16v is about 56bhp/tonne

dont forget the inital fuel lines (from the rail) and brake servo hose off the donor vehicle... make life a little easier
also all the water hoses
