this is what ive got at the mo, but im itching to get a W7 
Im thinking about maybe getting a 12W7 and running it from a 1000/1, the only problem is finding somewhere to put the 100/1 as its alot bigger than the amps i have now with it being double the size!
So im thinking of moving the 300/2 to the EQ build in the passenger footwell and either relocating the EQ or maybe removing it from the system all together! and then trying to wedge the 1000/1 and the 12W7 into the boot!
the only other option i can think of is roof mounting the 1000/1 but i dont know how much stregthening the roof would need!
what do people think
also how much would i get for my install?

wat model is the sub mate ? sorry i dont know all the codes for each sub like everyone else. how much you selling it for ?

the sub is a 13W6v2, and i dont know how much i would sell it for as i would need a very large chunk of the money i would need to buy the new gear as i cant afford to pay hardly anything to get new stuff!
i doubt i would change it til a couple months time!

Could you not bolt the 1000/1 to the back of the seat? and then place the sub in the same sort of arrangement you have now? in the middle? maybe in fibre glass with it raised a little? kind of like a volcano. I dont know the dimensions of your subs etc, so just trying to help.

Arent you happy with the W6? Anyone that goes from 2 subs to one usually feels that way...

im happy with the W6, but ive always wanted a W7 TBH and i heard an 8W7 at japfest and even that was amazing
as for putting the 1000/1 on the back of the seat, it would be a seriously tight fit as i wanted to put the EQ where my screen is now but it wouldnt fit as it was to close to the sub!

nah nothing that technical, just the dials in a box and a camera on them and that image playing on the screen!

nah its not that hard really, but you need to be able to use a jigsaw and be able to see where you will have problems!

so the sub u want to swap for is the same size? and u want a new amp aswell as the ones ur using at the moment?
if so, try and put the new amp in the roof somehow like u said, basically, uv done everything else to ur car, u may aswell customise the roof lining now

Id say go for it, im happy with my w3s just now, but would like to go to a w7 in the future, coz they sound amazing!

i just dread eva gettin a puncture with my install inthe boot, also its a bitch to try and get to the top mounts for the rear suspension
the practicallity of an install is poo

punctures are easy, either RAC or tyre Weld, aint had a spare wheel for about 2 1/2 years now 
i can still get to the top mounts easily enough as the install comes apart easily enough!
nah the W7 i want is a 12W7 im now running a 13.5W6v2, and the amp im using is a 500/1 and i would be running a 1000/1 which is like twice the size!
And ive recently discoverd that the JL amps cant be ran upside down de to heat issues!

leave the install matey, if u wana spent sum more cash get a proper bling chrome engine bay, everythign else is perfect!

the engine will be played with and tidied up in time for next show seaon
but right now i cant stop thinking about a W7
