paper also curls at the edges after about 10minutes of usage. Cant you swipe some card from work luisa?

we need to work out how much card needs to be swiped. Im thinking name tags should bare the dimensions of 10cm wide x 6cm high. That should give enough room for namage. So we're talking 30cm x 18cm worth of card. Does your office supply that much?
