We do. I took this morning off and our day is split in to 3 and 3 quater hours.

so if im in until 5 today i had to be in by 1.15.

My boss rings me @ 12.10 and says where the fuck are you? I said at home eating my lunch and hung up.

I get in to the office just after 1 and hes not in.

So about 10 mins ago he says what time you working until today?

I said 5. He said I dont see how you can make up the time and still leave at 5.

I gave him a funny look and said stating at 5pm. Go back 3 hours and 45 mins and tell me what time you get to. after a little pause he said 1.15. I gave him a one handed clap and he said well next time make sure your in by 12. WTF!

Acted like what? He doesnt know how many hours we are meant to work! Why should I be in @ 12 when i have a half day holiday? 1.15 would give me my hours needed!

Handing my notice in next week

Got a new job today! 3 interviews, 4 and a bit hours worth of interviews just for the once place!

i have flexi hours as long as i do my contracted hours each week i can go in what ever day and time

My boss would think I was being cheeky if I did that

I see what your saying that he got the hours wrong though. Dont have flexi hours in my office
