you need to know someone that works for the dvla or the poilce force im afraid!

can you not paid the DLVA a certain fee and they tell you?

i swear i saw it in a film somewhere.... "gone in 60 seconds lol"

you can apply to the DVLA in special cirsumstances and you have to pay a few quid

Why can't you find a personalised one thats out there? Might be cheaper
