all i know is thats hes running phase 3 LET

times were in the very low 12's all day..

no its not, its robs from mig and passionford with chip form there helping with it (Team Hokey cokey racing ), it was runnign a xe on TB's now the LET, the crank key snapped on friday i thing, so it was amazing the car was at TOTB

Yep, thats Rob Twitchells car, and the man done well to get that up to scratch for the event!

first few runs were in the 13's, then he cracked 12's and came home with a best of 12.6 @ 121mph

and the R32 skyline which made it into the 9's...

If I remember rightly, he ran a 9.3 or 9.4 @ 160mph...

I was there with the Motor Sports Association

Redline are gagging to get the event MSA approved!


Didnt see the Skunk Viper on track... but watched it munch up the qtr mile a few times!! Was mad!

what happened when it lost it?

You should have seen the view from right by the caravan in the Shootout Final, watching it snaking up the runway and leaving two neat wavy rubber-tracks in both 1st and 2nd!

The sound of it, from that close, as it was sitting on the start-line, was awesome!

I raced him on my 3rd time up the strip
He would of absoloutely whooped me but either something broke, or he couldnt find a gear!

So stupidly fast off the line, i thought it had TBs but must have been an LET!
