Just got this email is it a fake?

"all this problems", "could not be resolved" in present tense, "belive", "SafeHarbor" instead of "SafeHarbour" when the email is from a .co.uk address...

They'd all be ringing alarm-bells for me, even if I didn't know eBay will NEVER ask you to confirm details in this way...
