How much would you recommend saving up for moving in (rent in a fully furnished place). I'm thinking 2 lots of rent and say maybe another grand for things that maybe need replacing or we don't like.




Each estate agent varies but Darlows you need -

£200 holding fee
Months rent deposit (say £500)
Months rent up front (£500)

and im planning on using 1k for little things we might need, plus an extra £350 for all our bills, just in case somthing happens then theres money for the first months bills to be paid and not have to worry about it

so we are using 3k to get ourselves started

PMSL 2 and 3 bedrooms. Down here I'll be getting a 1 bedroom place for the same price
