Just found this on a forum that Ian linked us to for another pc problem not so long ago.
As you can see from my reply I managed to speed mine up by 3 seconds follow the instrutions and give it a whirl.

I found a website with a page full of pluggings for firefox, ill try and find it later.

I know you can get expansions from the options menu. I currently have the one that tells you the weather as a mate recommended it but not using any others at the mo

Better than waiting an extra 3 seconds or so each time you load a page and takes about a minute to set up
