Ive just ordered the Irmsher front lower spoiler and rear spoiler for me SXI (as well as the b pillar trims and sports hatch grill), cost price from Vauxhall. How much should I expect to pay to have them sprayed and fitted and should I use a Vauxhall garage or r there n e good independent garages in SE London that are not expensive??

if you can find a good local bodyshop then get them to do it.

Vauxhall's prices are astronomical (though you do get the quality) and you should be able to get the work done cheaper (and to the same standard) elsewhere if you shop around.
