venom, 9 secs in a corsa is nigh on impossible without 4WD for sure. 9 secs is a serious time, very few cars can acheive this, including supercars like enzos, MC12's, TurboS' etc etc, you need 800bhp+ in a serious machine to get near 9 secs

Incorrect, otherwise I'd be saying Schumacher's Ferrari is wank, I'm interested in this lads car, sounds dudey! Just not a laughing gas fan when it comes to 1/4times. If he'd have said he did 12secs without it I'd be very happy for him (still am, he's reached what he wanted to) but even more so if it was just the engine work which 'solely' pulled him through.

i've seen a fwd crx run 9's.. had some fcuking huge drag wheels up front tho!!

I've seen a rwd supra do 8.5 but my comment was merely a joke, as to say, laughing gas would piss 12secs on my engine, but a slight jokey exageration was left, and people naively got all serious about it. Forum boffins do make me chuckle though, something to do....

It's fixed, running and new clutch fitted just a bit of finishing off tomorrow and thrash time.

Help's to be in the trade when you need it fixed in a hurry got home at 11:45 wednesday night and finished off thursday all is good clutch too, will post some pics latter.
Cheers Corsa E-Tec but east coast extreme this sunday first.
