I have an internal website that the company uses, i also have a standalone PC which is away from all the rest.
Ideally what i would like is to setup this intranet so that it runs as a service (i think?), i.e i can access the webpage from typing in <PCs IP Address>/portnumber

Does anyone have any idea the best way to go about doing this?
At the minute i have it shared on a network drive and its really slow at loading for everyone.

Install IIS (web-server that is included with Windows)

Then just point a browser at http://ip.ad.dr.ess

Once installed you configure it from Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services Manager
