Does any1 know how to tell if a cars been using red diesel or not?

Ive been told something dyes red, and by lookin at it you can tell. What is this? the fuel pump??

anything the fuel comes in contact with will be dyed mate.

the take a sample from your tank here in ireland to tell if your drive with agri diesel (which is cheaper)

We use red diesel in the backup-generator in work, and believe me, you can tell the difference......it stains anything it comes in contact with.

Yes, especially if you spill it on your shoes when your filling up your tractor... Yes I did used to have a tractor and yes it could only do 5 mph down the road

Would have been too slow Funny thing about ractors is thier engines are like 500bhp, but the gearbox only lets them do about 20mph max so they have killer ammounts of torque to tow stuff... God I'm such a farmer

surely constant use of normal diesel will wash off the red afterwards?
