Ok, just a quicky i need a list of insurers that will quote for a car with engine conversion, please dont tell me to try liverpool victoria....
am with HIC, or Highway Insurance, and they decided to increase my policy by £1000 for no reason!

HIC are mint call them tell them you go to car shows and are in a car club and subscribe to a car mag like TV
all this got me a extra 15% off!

yeah i can, they put my insurance up to £2300 from £1000....for no reason, and i had an extra years no claims performance direct get my vote

all i can think of is you have a massive influx of chav's in your area nicking corsa's every night so they wack your quote up just to be "safe"

i dont see how when performance direct will charge 771 for the same thing. HIC just taking the piss, ill call them on monday and see what the ysay then

Im with HIC and got a quote off Performance Direct when my insurance was up for renewal that just beat HIC. I rang HIC up and said Ive had a quote for however much it was from Performance Direct, HIC then rang me back and said they would do £170 cheaper than Performance Direct, why they couldnt just do that in the first place I dont know
Performance Direct also told me that if I had a claim they would only return the car to standard spec so I was better off with HIC anyway
