Have all my songs in Album order then by alphabetical order (did it by mistake ages ago and always continued the theme) but now I would like them to be in the order as they are on the album... anything that can do this for me or else I have 4000 songs to attack

Right click, new folder, > copy and paste ! Name folder accordingly Thtas how I did all mine!

THing is, alphabetical order is handy for finding songs when you are just flicking through on the computer say but when Ive got it on on my ipod i like it in proper order :S

So what do you want all your artists names in alphabetical order with albums in order from song 1 to 10 etc?

Yep, currently have it by artist then album but the songs on each album are in alphabetical order :S

I use Winamp, always have Does what you asked for too

Number them then and it will do it automatically.
In the get info section then track no. * of *
Then it will list by artists alphabetically but all songs by a particular artist will be in order they are on the album

I know that but its a risiculously large taskj hence why I was hoping a program cud do it for me
