Experience

and what they don't know another mechanic will or they look on a database which tells them how to do any job.Most people don't know about this or can get access.

lots of c&g type quals or nvq's i think.

i've got an nvq level 2 in motorcycle maintenance from a summer school course i did when i was 15, although i can't remember most of that now.

none if u work 4 drive vauxhall coz we all just lost our jobs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but should have a nvq's etc n technical certs

ive got a btec national diploma but as said experience is the key in any trade.

you can teach anyone how to do it but whether they can put it to practice is another matter
