If my engine bay loom relay turns the ECU on and off and does everything else BUT turn the fuel pump on could it be at fault, or do I need to start looking elsewhere for problems...

I can't see anything wrong with my wiring so far, but my fuel pump just isn't getting any power to it. It's driving me mad! (on a 20XE btw)
