.. I have the possibility of obtaining a pug 206 from a relative.

I have 17s on my corsa at the mo but they will not fit on any other cars (this is a bitch) is there any way they can be put onto the 206 buy getting the alloys studs changed?? if so how much would that cost?

even if you had the holes re-drilled. which is quite dangerous anyway, then the alloys would be the wrong offset and you'd need spacers etc inbetween the wheel and hub.
your best bet would be to sell them, and buy some that fit the 206 with the money
