What skirts? If combat/psg or other fiberglass sets then tigerseal (a bonding agent) a metal rail along the sill of the car and hook the skirt onto and bond on again with tigerseal. Then make up 4 metal brackets under the car and rivit from the bottom of the skirt to the under sill of the car.

when id did mine i used self tappers at either end and stixaflex and clamped them until it had harderned

Mine were steimetz side skirts btw
