At Admiral we are totally commited to providing all customers with a good service. I am sorry that you will not be with us next year, and would be very grateful if you would take a few moments to let us have your comments on how we can do better.

I moved because of price but you foreign call centres are a bloody nuisance. There is no 'p' in Griffiths.

Do you have any general comments or suggestions about how we can improve our service?

Spell Griffiths correctly, understand the UK points system, don't write to me when I have already explained this to your staff on the phone.

they wanted £4850 from me TPFT on my GSi cos of 3 points & no NCB at 23

I could hardly understand the woman on the other end too, sounded indian

i wouldn't say thats harsh.it may make them change there policy on using foreign call centres they are a pain in the ass

Admiral is in Cardiff between 9-5 and overseas outside of those times.

Not harsh at all. I said a lot worse on mine, but did say about the call centres.
