Got P7000's on it at the moment and in the wet theye spin up like its just ICE! Bloody good most of the time in the dry.

What do I go for?

Prices quoted from blackcircles.co.uk - price includes fitting.

Toyo Proxes T1-R (Reinforced) 205/50 R15 V £68.11
Pirelli P6000 (Special Offer) 205/50 R15 V £75.53
Yokohama A539 205/50 R15 H £81.33
Continental Premium Contact 205/50 R15 V £81.63
Yokohama A539 205/50 R15 V £88.11
Yokohama A043 205/50 R15 V £89.71
Yokohama AVS Sport 205/50 R15 V £95.09

I've got Toyo Proxes T1-S's..

Wearing out rather quickly and not overly impressed with the grip. They're yet to lose grip, but i don't have the confidence to push them and test them as i'm fairly sure they'll let go..

Toyo Proxes T1-R (Reinforced) 205/50 R15 V £68.11

Have this brand on the rear of my MR2...good grip in the dry...decent in the wet...but you will know about the back end stepping out anyway...its almost impossible to stop if pushed too far...no tyre will make any difference

Had them on my Clio and was well happy, but just too expensive expecially when my mate was doing me a set of Yoko's a539's for £130 fitted

Dont expect the Toyo's to last a year though if you drive them hard a lot...mine lasted 10 months and that was taking it easy...yeah the occasional wheel spinning messing about...but in general I looked after them...
