wahts does it mean if a cars been recorded, mates looking at a car but has been recorded and the front nad rear bumpers need slight paint work.

Yes as essentially the car is worth less....

so when you come to sell it on it will be hard to sell and you will get peanuts for it...

Also some insurance companies are funny with recorded cars...
