i have had this swoosing noise coming from my drivers wheel or around that area. these are the stuff i have checked:



  1. checked wheel nuts werent loose
  2. checked if there was no play on the track rod end
  3. looked for a stone wedged under the brake pad
  4. CV joints are fine
  5. disks are fine



    the noise comes on when wheel is going round, but every rotary circle.

    its weel annoying me

    just ran out of ideas what it could be

lip on the disc overhanging the edge of the pads?
knock it off with a screwdriver and hammer if so.

Try the lip as myke said, or do you have harder compound pads ??

could be disk rubbing the backplate
