And its not from the date of the offence its when the offence is reported.

You're mate is lieing.

It needs to be 'served' upon the registered keeper within 14 days of the offence and it needs to be sent first class.

was shittin it waitin for the 2weeks to pass!!

one night few weeks ago got flashed by speed cam on way to foxys in my car. later i drove her car n got flashed by same one those 2weeks were
