The only thingi think you can doit is to call your service provider, tell them you have a nuisance caller and they can bar the number

There is a company that can track the phone down to about 10 meters. Though the person has to agree to the service. The technology is there to do it, the phone recieves a text and bounces the location of it back to you.

Doesnt even work like that, they just use cell locators to find the last point of contact the phone had with the network, and phones usually update every 30 seconds or so.

i called my SP and they said they cant bar withheld/private numbers only ones that are allowing there number.... it cant be bad if they are not withelding there number...
