not paying for gym, ever.
my bro does it, and drinks protien drinks etc

id rather go to work and use the sacffolding in the back, and get paid aswell

i wouldnt do all those protein drinks etc, but find gym a good laugh with mates and feel better about my self. do have rowing machine etc in room though

well as for not exersizing for quite a while--about 9 months
ive just done 30 sit ups and stomach has had enuff
ill do another 30 later
oh an 10 random press ups

i can do loads of sit ups, its the press ups that i dont like and yet,can do pull ups on a bar etc

In pain as i just waxed one of my legs and have given up
