Still says oout of stock on the website. Not even had an e-mail off o2 saying whats going on or confirming my upgrade. Abit pissed off with the situation.
I'd phone up but i've worked in call centres myself before and know half of the people there haven't got a clue.

I did mine online, set it all up on the thursday, had a confirmation email on thursday, a dispatched email on the friday saying it had been posted and i got it on the saturday

Has it been accepted? Try calling O2, its better than sitting around doing nothing, they were helpful when i called

i've got a tick against order recieved and order sent to warehouse for packing and shipping. both confirmed on the 13th thats it.

I read on the net that they were waiting for a new batch on the 20th to send out but then also read from one guy that he has been and they said another month from now!

I think i'm going to ring them.

the girl on the phone said it was out of stock until today and that she has re-ordered it for me. Should be 3-5 working days. We shall see!
lets hope they send me 2 by mistake!
