all you get is automated replys, then when you ring up you get a person from an ethnic background who takes 20mins telling her what my name is and my mobile number. so there's 10quid already spent

I'm on a o2 online contract and have never had any problems at all - best value tarriffs out there bar none in my opinion....

got an email today with this months bill, didnt get last months tho, and not in my junk maill went back on the site and everything is fine so who knows.

you can go into an o2 high street store and get them to sort it out, they can log in and change stuff etc and call up on their phones, its what i did, they were really helpful!
