Quote asked me to state if there were any modifications made to the car. There definition of a mod, is any performance or bodywork changes made to the car after its manufactured state. But im gonna purchase a car from new which has an offical bodykit on it, fitted by the manufacture. Will i still have to declare it coz its not a change it is its original state, only making a fuss coz if i have to declare a mod they are gonna bum rape me.
Help moochas appriciated

if it came with the kit on from the manufacturer then the insurer should already be aware that specific model the kit comes as standard. for example GSi corsa comes with sideskirts and bumpers with fogs as standard, shouldnt effect your premium unless your looking to mod after, hope this helps
