yeah i know 4's are for a little more old skool cool..

but im really thinking about a nice 6.. but not a TME cos they cost too much

evo 5's were all imports werent they? a mate of mine works on evos for a living (stevehill motorsport) but one thing i do know is they are expensive to run/maintain. £175 for 4 ralliart mud flaps anyone?

Not going to be cheap to run are they it's not a Corsa

All Evo 1-6s were imports, some of the VIs (like mine) are classed as 'UK' cars as they were official Ralliart imports. In reality all this means is that the foglight is built into rear bumper, dials were changed, numbered plaque on dashboard etc etc they carry a slight premium over grey imports as you have full service history records bla bla. From the VII onwards they were officially sold in the car through Mitsubishi Motors.

servicing every 4500 miles, cost me £1,200 for a new clutch etc etc they are very expensive to run but worth it Fuel consumption is probably 16-22mpg must use optimax, they dont need any octane booster. Brakes don't last long and I'd recommend upgrading to APs as the Brembos are shite.

Steve, recently ive been thinking the exact same thing, but for next year, selling the corsa this year getting a 205 gti, untill next march when i come into some money and buy an evo 5/6 for the weekends
