Mine has decided to stop working all of a sudden

Cant find much on their website, its all BT Yahoo related

Spent 10 minutes in a "que" on their helpline then it disconnected

So anyone on here got one they use?

I had one about 5 years ago. It got changed to a Yahoo account and then i stopped using it..

Try going to www.talk21.com (will automatically forward you to Yahoo style login screen) and access via there..
