i saw one of these forsale a few months back, what is need to use one of these ? i guess they do the same as a mantzel box would? what needs doin to fit one to a x14xe?

If you're asking then maybe not worth trying.

But basically, cut off the runners from the box bit, machien flat the lower face
Make an adpator to alloy the TB to mount on the gold TB plate bit
and make up some hollow rods to go inside the box to stop it crushing when you torque the bolts down.
