Send in the Summons with a not guilty plee and proof you produced and the case should get withdrawn, if the court has any problems then will write to you with a new date to attend
Thanks I might write to them and see what happens but then if i go to court they have to pay my wages and stuff!

Do some research prior to the event and bombard them with case law. If they refuse your costs, appeal. You will get costs providing you are found not guilty or the case is dismissed.
IIRC even if the case is dismissed prior to a court hearing you can still claim costs!
