shoot in a crash.... couple of ppl i know have had to sort it out with them after a crash and they're so niggly about everything and general poor... but i think thats about the same for most insurance companies

Word has it they are cheap when it comes to quotes but they are lazy sacks of shit when it comes to paying out in the event of a crash.

Cheapest doesnt mean best.

Shit in my case too. I'm now 3,000 miles over my annual permitted mileage because of their administration error. I'm also £700 out of pocket 3 months earlier than i should be as i was paying in 2 installments but they took them both together and charged me an extra £20 for the priviledge!

I got really hacked off with the when that muppet dinged the skyline.... The couldnt have been any more unhelpfull if they tried....

I ended up telling them to fuck off, getting it sorted out through the other guys insurance (no forms, just a call) then cancelling it once i got the car back.... useless bastards
