ok the hours we support our customers is 9am-5pm monday to friday.

Was just checking my work emails and noticed an email come in to the support email account.

customer is having problems setting something up and has to demo it to a big customer tomorrow at 10am.

Ive replied saying what i think it is and given him my mobile number to ring me if he has any problems.

Beyond the call of duty or not?

I know my boss would never do it.
