cossie is a classic motor, but performance wise as standard, by todays standards is nothing really to shout home about, but then you buy a cossie for performance alone, you buy it for its status

Around about 1993/94 the Mundano was available in a particularly unsuitable shade called Citrine yellow and I believe there may well have been a few Escort Cosworths special ordered in this colour or possibly resprayed after major accident work as I remember seeing brand new Escorts in this colour on at least two occassions, but as far as I remember this was not a normal factory option.

There's always Severn Valley Motorsport's Transit Cosworth. 650+bhp (with N2O), it used to overtake BTCC cars that were out testing on the start straight at Donnington while spinning the wheels in 5th in the dry.
