sold a phone on ebay, now the bloke has refused to pay up. But has offered to give me £5 to cover my ebay expenses. What can i do? Thanks John

Take the money, re-sell it. If its a non-paying bloke then ebay may also refund the listing fee.

he said, while he was at college someone bidded on his behalf when he was out of the room - which is i reckon is a load of rubbish. How do i get in contact with ebay? cost me nearly a fiver in listing fees. Also if i leave him negative feebback hes only going to do the same to me. Really annoying.

i think its quite unfair that if some one totally stiffs you on ebay you can leave bad feedback but so can they when you might have done nothing wrong at all but of course they will make it out that you are a bad ebayer to.
hppened to me the other day sold a cd player he never paid then emailed me a week later sayin sorry but i need to relist as he has bought a cd player from a shop as he doesnt trust ebay, cock.
gonna wait till 89 days ans leave bad feedback at the end as after 90 days they cant leave feedback

they might leave bad feebback withing 89 days too tho or before? its so annoying.
